“No. I’m staying. You’re not giving up on finding them so why should I?” The woman’s eyes were full of stubbornness and emotion as she looked up at him.

“I’m trained for situations like this, Sarah! You’re not.”

“Fine. Then when we find our friends and get them back home, you can train me as much as you want to.” She squared her shoulders as she reached for one of the guns again.

“Sarah –“

“Get used to it, Captain,” Sarah said, turning away. “If you stay, I stay.”
